Spare Time: I help-out at my local bike shop - Red Planet Bikes - run my race team, train, race and coach some of the Development team riders on Extreme Endurance. I'm currently working through the various qualifications I need (in coaching, guiding and first aid) to help others find a greater depth in their cycling experience. It's all based on expanding my bike related activities outside racing, such as coaching, guiding and teaching advanced off-road skills.
